Family-owned & accountable
Juan runs every job personally. You're not dealing with a call center — you're dealing with the person doing the work.
Family-owned. Built on craftsmanship.
PS Construction LLC is a residential contractor based in Little Rock, AR. We build and repair decks, fences, concrete, framing, painting and trim — with free estimates and no shortcuts.
Our Story
Started with a commitment to doing it right.
PS Construction LLC was founded by Juan Pichardo, a hands-on contractor with over 8 years of construction experience. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted name for residential construction in the Little Rock area.
We've been serving homeowners for 3 years, and every project — whether it's a small fence repair or a full deck build — gets the same level of care and attention. No cutting corners, no disappearing after the deposit.
We're a family-owned business, which means our reputation is everything. We don't take jobs we can't finish, and we don't finish jobs we're not proud of.
